Today, I give you a splash of colour, after yesterdays black and white long exposure photograph. Multnomah Falls in the Columbia River Gorge is a very popular attraction, a short drive to the east of Portland, Oregon. It is very accessible, being right next to the road and was quite crowded when we visited, so I had wait for my turn to set up the tripod in a suitable spot. I also removed a few people from the bridge in post processing. This stretch of the historic Columbia River Highway is a goldmine for waterfall lovers with several other beautiful falls nearby. Multnomah Falls is the tallest waterfall in the area and in the whole state of Oregon.
